Ora Biomedical is a private, preclinical-stage biotech founded in 2018 and based in San Diego. The company has developed a proprietary, automated discovery engine called WormBot-AI, which combines robotics, computer vision, and machine learning to screen millions of molecules for longevity and healthspan effects in the model organism C. elegans. This high-throughput, in vivo approach is designed to uncover subtle therapeutic effects missed by traditional in vitro methods.
